#EUROGENDFOR commemorates the 25th of April, considered as one of the most striking historical dates in Italy. It is the anniversary of the liberation of Italy from the fascist regime and the Nazi occupation. Called Festa della Liberazione, proposed and confirmed as a national holiday by Prime Minister Alcide De Gasperi.
